"Way GOOD! Made this for a Mexican style party and was super good. I just sprinkled a layer of cumin and red pepper flakes on the top so it was not too strong. My kids loved it. It is not the same as my stove top recipe; however, both are really good. This will be my go to so I don't have to babysit the pan anymore."

"My kids LOVED this. Instead of the chili I added cumin, about 1/2 of teaspoon. This will be forever on my simple, quick and delicious menus. I added cooked white rice into the mix before serving. It was good. My family really likes Mexican red rice so I prepare that for round 2. Thanks Sam #3!"

"I have used this over and over again for the last year and a half. By far the best ever. The kids don't like it but there is never an adult who won't eat as much as they can. Thanks!"

"Very good! Lots of flavor and my whole family loved it. I was feeling a little sensitive to the lemon juice but then I just added some salt and it was perfect. Funny because I am not normally the salt fiend. : Thanks I will keep this dish!"

"This was most excellent! Next time though we are going to use Romain Lettuce because iceberg was to difficult to get off whole. I kept breaking and the juice would run through."

"This was good orange beef! My kids love asian food and this was a hit. I served it with chinese salad from the back of the China Boy Chow Mein Noodles bag and ommitted the chicken. Yummie."
