"I made these buns today and they came out soft and great texture like they were restaurant made.This is my go to bun recipe.The substitutions I made were using fat-free milk and sifting my flour twice to get a great texture that's not crumbly.They turn out fabulous and taste great.And thanks for sharing this recipe."

"I made this cake today and it was fabulous.The texture came out just right because I added a 1/4 tsp. soda to sour cream and stir before adding to batter mixture.I also used Bakewell baking powder due it allows cakes to rise better creating a lighter cake.It is an awesome baking powder you can find at William Sonoma stores."

"I made this cobber today and I must say I enjoyed it totally.I made substitutions of only 1/3 c. plus 1 tbsp. of regular sugar and added 1/4 cup of pie enhancer to crust ingredients for more cake like texture and it is the best.I have another substitution that I will reveal in my cookbook.the substitutions are great for those of us who want to wat ..."
