"At last a truly fluffy, delicious dumpling. I added a pinch of parsley and oregano; however, I would rate this recipe higher if I could just due to the texture alone. They floated on top, never sank, and were just perfect."

"Wonderful rolls! Best yeast rolls I have baked, ever. Light, fluffy, delicious. I, too, made a half recipe with 2 beaten eggs, holding back 1/2 egg for egg wash with water. Did not knead, as I wanted to see what would happen, if I didn't. YUM! Slathered on butter, garlic, parsley topping after baking. Delicious. Thanks so much."

"I made these rolls twice. Once as written, second with 1/2 tsp. more salt, which I preferred. Also, the recipe might make 24, but I only got 12 nice-size, which is perfect for us, and they took 15 minutes to bake. I gave these a high rating for taste, prep time, and texture. Added an egg wash just before baking."

    "Yum.

I baked two cakes and used one recipe of the frosting, as it's so sweet, but good."

    LinMarie says:

"I followed the recipe, using extra sharp cheddar, adding only a dash of Tabasco. Creamy, delicious, and just a great recipe. Am going to try freezing half of it (after being overnight in the fridge) to see what happens, as it takes a fair amount of time to make. I will double the recipe next time, if it freezes well. Would taste great with chopped..."
