"What a delicious savory sweet recipe. I made a smaller amount using 2 chicken thighs and cooked it in the tagine. All of the wonderful flavor's were pure pleasure on the tongue, don't be afraid of the spices. Aside from using the thighs, doubling the cinnamon and oven cooking in the tagine for 30 mins @ 350 I followed the directions and ..."

"Photo may be seen here in Savor gallery: www.annacia.com. I love this cake, first the size if perfect, 1 layer is all we need. The cake isn't very sweet tasting, another plus. Doesn't take very long to do in the stand mixer. That said, I trimmed the sugar by using Splenda with no ill efects to the cake. It made a beautiful, well risen, c..."

"Dinner last night was quick, simple and yummy. I made these wraps and served with some potato salad that was already made. My only change was to use an almost fat free Tangerine Lime dressing which is my current passion for pretty much everything. The wraps are fresh, with lovely crisp bits and lots of good taste. Will surely make these again. :D"

"I made this using half low fat mayo and half fat free thick plain yogurt. I skipped any version of bacon and really loved the outcome. For me the cashews were equal stars with the broccoli and everything played beautifully with everything else. Oh, and I used Splenda for the sugar. Thank you Sharon for another lovely recipe."

"I did use Mayo and red and yellow peppers but aside from that just followed the recipe. I loved it and the bit of spice was a great addition. Really well rounded flavor that would compliment pretty much anything off the grill or an everyday burger. It's also easy to put together. This should please most potato salad fans, it sure did this one..."

"Pure fresh tasting goodness. Made using Splenda in place of the sugar so didn't need to boil the syrup, just mix blend and chill. Mine was cold enought for the ice cream maker in about 40 mins and then had reached soft serve stage (my favorite consistancy in 20 mins. Really a lovely sorbet and so very good. :D"

"This certainly isn't shy on the lemon and I love it! I used a good part of it to dress a potato salad in place of mayo that worked great. Would you believe that it's a wonderful fresh tasting salad dressing as well? lol. I used it also on a salad of simple mixed greens and they were elevated to something special. I used Meyer lemons by t..."

"I had some mushrooms that were just beginning to age and this was an excellent way to use them. The sauce is flavorful and the burgers very moist and yummy. I chopped the mushrooms going into the burger rather small so that they would be easier to mix into the meat and that worked well for me. They were a tad messy with dripping sauce but that par..."

"There is one problem with this! You keep on wanting "just one more", lol. Really, this is delicious what else can I add except you might want to make this by the pitcher."

"Honestly, I wasn't really sure what to expect form this recipe with the oatmeal being the odd factor for me. Well, I made as directed and added carrot, celery and some kale. It all came out quite nice and the oatmeal is very similar to adding barley flakes to a soup. I love the low calorie and sugar content. You could add pretty much anything..."
