"So easy and SO GOOD! I used YELLOW as well as green peppers and it made the whole dish look much nicer, very colourful! I just used the good old canned chopped tomatos and I found I didn't need to add any water, it was already quite liquid. I added beans, and I didn't add any sugar, don't like eating too much sugar and it was fine and very tastey ..."

"Masha'Allah, a really easy, quick and YUMMY recipe! I don't have measuring scales so I didn't use the exact quantities, but it still turned out fine! The only thing I would change is to add the cherry chunks at the end, after using the electric mixer, as my mixer crushed most of the cherry pieces so that there were practically no fat juicey chunks..."

"Very good recipe! The 'preparation' took much longer than indicated, but it was worth it! I don't know how big aubergines are where you live but here half a stuffed aubergine is enough per person. I did 3 aubergines and used YELLOW and red peppers because I don't like green ones so much and the yellow colour and taste adds nicely to the dish. Also..."

"An excellent recipe masha'Allah. So easy to make. But I make it with at least half as much flour otherwise I find it doesn't have the right consistency to roll it out. By the way, a tip is to roll it out between two plain sheets of baking paper, it works really well and is much less messy."

"Just wanted to add that I tried the same recipe with leeks and sweetcorn fried in butter instead of the spinach and it was REALLY delicious! I recommend it! And no need to let the quiche cool by the way!"

"For some reason it didn't quite work! After being in the fridge for 3 hours the pastry was VERY hard and I had to get my husband to roll it out as he has more muscles! After freezing it for 45 minutes I put it in the oven and the sides of the pastry were quite soggy & sunk down (so it ended up just being pastry on the bottom). Once cooked with the..."

"Very nice and easy meatballs. Just made them to go with tomato sauce for spaghetti.I halved the recipe and there's still enough for maybe about 6 people! I cooked the meatballs in the oven for just over 15 mins then in the sauce for another maybe 15 mins and they were perfect masha'Allah! "

"A very nice, extremely moist cake. If you make just a 1 layer cake don't half the ingredients because then it'll be much too thin, just use the ingredients as indicated above and give it about 1hr 25 mins for it to cook through in the oven. It's so moist that you don't really need any kind of icing on top, it's delicious just on it's own!"
