"Delicious, savory and complex flavors. This sauce was easy to put together and a great way to use up a jar of Swedish anchovies leftover from the holidays."

"This recipe will be going into my "Coffee and Friends" cookbook, which is filled with never-fail, delicious baked goods to serve company. I followed the recipe exactly, and the muffins turned out perfect. The texture is like moist cake, and the lemon and apple flavors are both present without overpowering eachother. Everyone loved them. Thank ..."

"Oh My, this was soooo moist and chocolatey. I have to admit I wasn't expecting that from a "light" cake. I followed the recipe exactly as written with the exception of replacing 1 C. flour with 1 C. whole wheat flour and adding 1/2 t. ground cinnamon to the batter. I used Hershey's Special Dark Cocoa. I have had much fattier cakes that were n..."

"I just harvested my beets and this recipe was so handy for using up some of the beetleaf greens. I really enjoyed this recipe. The only change I made was to add 2 pre-cooked organic chicken sausages, sliced, along with the garlic (DH likes some meat at dinner. I also seasoned it with crushed red pepper flakes. Definitely don't skimp on the gar..."

"This was so refreshing on a warm summer's evening. My husband and I normally don't have mixed drinks, but the weather was so nice and we wanted something cold, citrus-y and refreshing to drink on the patio. This fit the bill. I added a sprig of fresh lavender to my drink and it really complimented it. It's tart but not bitter - just fantastic!"

"Wow!! It's perfect! If everyone knew how easy it was to make Cocktail sauce, Hoffman's would be out of business! Thank you, you just saved me a trip to the grocery store!"

"I watched Paula Deen make this on her show and it looked so beautiful and refreshing - and I was right! I made it last night for a side dish and it was so tasty - even better the next day after it sat in the fridge overnight. The only change I made was to omit the sweet relish since I don't care for relish. It was sweet enough without it I thou..."

"Really wonderful soup for a cold (-14 degrees here winter's night! The only changes I made were to use chicken broth and to add some sliced turkey kielbasa along with the spinach (hubby must have some meat. I served it with some Thai chili garlic sauce and crusty Ciabatta bread. I will definitely be making this again and will probably use it ..."

"DH and I really liked this. It's not often that DH will rave about a dish that has no meat in it. I added 2 extra potatoes and 2 extra cups of broth. I used Yukon gold potatoes, so I did not peel them. I also added 2 chopped carrots and some chopped fresh parsley. I found it needed salt and pepper. I thought the consistency was good - more lik..."
