"This had terrific flavor. I had some issues with the texture - my tofu fell apart a bit and my sauce was a little thick so it kept it from getting a "crusty" outside in places. I will play with it a bit next time - maybe thin a bit of sauce out to really marinade and then use the rest when I serve it and maybe freeze the tofu first so it stays tog..."

"Wow - a new fav in my cookbook! I too was forced to use canned chipotles (availability but stole Rita's suggestion of using a bit of the sauce. Wonderful smokey undertone. Hearty and filling soup and easy to make. Will definitely make again."

"These are excellent and much lighter than other similar recipes. Now if I could just figure out how to decrease the fat without losing the greatness of the muffin, I could eat them totally guilt free ;-"

"Excellent! I was looking for a vegetarian stock that could hold its own in place of chicken broth, etc. This was outstanding. "OMG - I've always avoided making bagels because I thought it was too hard. Living in a small rural town but coming from the east coast, I often want to cry at what passes for bagels around here. "Bravo! Korma in a crockpot - so easy! Next time I make it, I do think I will increase the spice a little to give it a little more heat, maybe a hotter curry but it was a big hit as is in my house. Thank you for posting this!"

"Just like it promised! I admit I was hesitant when I saw the cottage cheese since I'm not a big fan of cottage cheese but you couldn't even tell! Would definitely make this again."

"This was a terrific meatloaf and I usually don't particularly like meatloaf. I loved the sauce but I think I would drop the vinegar back just a little next time. I also think I would drop the half & half back just a little next time too since I ended up a little on the mushy side. The flavor was excellent though and it improved each day. Great!"
