I actually put it together using frozen chicken breasts...( the flash frozen boneless, skinless kind that you get at Walmart...put in freezer then pulled it out the night before serving to defrost in the fridge and cooked as instructed. "This was super good. The lemon zest gives it a wonderful, lemony flavor. I used the zest of a whole lemon and it was made a day ahead so I think that made the lemon just "sing" in the salad! Definitely a keeper!!"

"These cookies were fabulous! My husband called them "perfect"!! This is going to be my "go-to" cookie recipe from now on! I made them with a yellow cake mix and semi-sweet chocolate chips. I, too, can't wait to experiment with the flavors if cake mix and chips!

"This is so good...and I can't figure out where all of the delicious flavor comes from with such simple ingredients!! I've made it twice, the first time with frozen (thawed spinach ( a 10 oz. box. The second time I used canned collard greens. Both times delicious!! Served with homemade rolls for a complete (bonus - vegetarian meal!"
