    "This was just the recipe I was looking for. I usually don't change a recipe until I've cooked and tasted it, but the other comments led me to make just a few, small changes.

    I added some garbonzo beans and water chestnuts to the chicken. Then cut out most of the water and added a 1 T. of rice vinegar. Of course a bit of shredded coconu..."
