"I was looking for a soup recipe to use up some leftover ham and happened upon this one. My husband made the soup and it was absolutely delicious! He added an extra can of beans and an extra 1/2 cup of water to make it go further. Good thing, because we bickered over who would take the leftovers for lunch the next day!"

    Reviewed Pumpkin Cheesecake
     |  (1 person found this helpful) |  By Jesi_Mouse

"The cheesecake turned out beautifully. The only problem that I had was that it leaked butter all over my oven and caused quite a mess. I'm not sure if the amount of butter in the crust was too much or if I was supposed to wrap the bottom of the pan before I baked it. However, the flavor was great and it really is a pretty dessert.
