    "VERY versatile. I've made this soup a few times now and put in a variety of vegetables (parsnips, turnips, frozen mixed vegetables, canned corn, etc, even added leftover mac and cheese once, and it has turned out great every time."

    "Man, oh man! Exceptionally moist. I substituted applesauce for the oil (left in the butterand greased the pan for baking. My 6-year old added ingredients in no particular order and it still turned out fantastic! I'll never use another recipe for this cake!"
