"Fantastic! Easy and quick to fix, too. Made as directed then added my favorite glaze (2T butter, 1/2 c brown sugar, 2 1/2 T white vinegar, 1/3 c ketchup, 1 T mustard, warmed in saucepan) and baked at 350 for 25 minutes. This will be my new method. Meat was tender, the best I've ever had. Thanks for sharing the recipe!"
"Enjoyed it! Very flavorful, this isn't one of those bland tasteless crockpot concoctions. Doubled the recipe, and at first only added one can of black beans and an equal amount of frozen corn (rather than canned with liquid). I did purée the cans of chipotles and would suggest doing so. Drained the Rotel as directed, too. Ended up havi..."
"Great! I usually don't eat burgers with mayo but the Cajun seasoned mayo was awesome. Quick to fix and easy, too. Thanks for sharing the recipe!"
"Really good! I had two small sweet potatoes to use, which was 3 cups grated, so doubled the recipe and baked in a 13x9 pan. Note that the recipe calls for grated sweet potatoes, not shredded. Couldn't find the right blade for the food processor, so I ended up shredding, then pulsing a few times to chop more finely. There were some not too not..."
"Yummy! Added a teaspoon of cumin, stirred it all together and served as a side dish with salsa lime chicken. Looking forward to the leftovers for lunch tomorrow. Thanks for sharing the recipe!"
"Great! The whole family loved it and I'll definitely make again. Soaking the red onion made a huge difference and I'm wondering why I never tried that before! Delicious fresh dressing, next time I'll double it so we have leftovers. Thanks for sharing the recipe!"
"Good! Just received a covered baker as a gift and have been busy putting it to good use. This was the first recipe I made. Used multicolored fingerling potatoes because that's what I had, but chunks of russet or red potatoes would be good. Next time I'd skin the chicken before baking. Thanks for sharing the recipe!"
"Really good and different dressing with some bite to it. Used on a simple salad on lettuce, broccoli slaw, and grilled chicken. The kids didn't love it, but my husband did. Will make again! Thanks for sharing!"
"Good! More dense than other recipes I've made. Doubled the recipe and made two meat loaves, put one in the freezer for another night. I used metal loaf pans and may reduce the baking time next time as well as increasing the barbecue sauce. Thanks for sharing the recipe!"
