Reviewed Grilled Steak and Blue Cheese with Berry Glaze
     |  (3 people found this helpful) |  By Mlhersh

"Awful! I ruined two nice steaks by making this berry glaze to go on top of them. While the glaze itself is good, and the blue cheese goes nicely with it, it is terrible on top of a steak. I saw the show and made it to recipe, but it was AWFUL on top of steaks! Berries and steaks...not meant to go together. Like others have said, if I ever dec ..."

    Reviewed Marinara Sauce
     |  By Mlhersh

"I made this exactly the way the recipe indicated, and it was very good. It tastes very fresh and is much better than pre-made sauce that you can purchase in a jar. I liked it so much, that I started making it in much larger batches--tripling the recipe or even more--and freezing the extra in plastic bags. Now, whenever I need marinara or red sa ..."

    Reviewed Chicken Divan
     |  By Mlhersh

"Great dish for a chilly fall or winter evening. My fiance loved it, too. This is a delicious way to use up leftover chicken with ingredients that I often already have around (frozen broccoli, shredded cheddar, cream of mushroom, etc. I tried Paula's recipe to a T, but then added thin egg noodles as a bottom layer, which was a nice addition and ..."

    Reviewed Lamb Ragu with Mint
     |  By Mlhersh

"I tried this recipe last night and it was fantastic. My boyfriend declared it a "homerun." I also used Giada's recipe for her base marinara sauce, and that was definitely the way to go (I make it in large batches and freeze it. I used only 1 lb of ground lamb since it was a little expensive but it still turned out great. I definitely will mak ..."
