     |  By Little Bee

"These were pretty good. We tried another "gyro" recipe before with ground beef that was definitely no sub for the real thing. These were so much better. We used traditional gyro toppings and made some tzatziki sauce. Definitely great when we need to satisfy that craving."

"This was pretty good. It was fresh and light (I used olive oil and whole wheat pasta which we enjoyed, however it was a little bland. I ended up throwing in a little crushed red pepper to spice it up a little."

"Wow! This was so delicious....and pretty easy, too. All of my kids and my husband liked it. That is hard to do. I am not usually a fan of chicken, but it is good for you so I try to choke it down. That was not the case with this. The taste was amamzing! We had it with grilled zucchini and brown rice. Perfect!! "We thought it was great!! I did accidently cook it at 450 instead of 350, and didn't realize I was suppose to thaw hashbrowns......it was done perfectly! .....so I guess it worked out good. Update: I have made this at least a dozen times by now. After messing up the temp the first time I decided to pay attention and follow directions exactly. ..."

"I rated as a 4 because we felt it was too much sauce and not enough spinach. Since I had some spinach left in the bag I added it and it made a big difference. After that everyone loved it. Will definitely make again....just with a little more spinach."

"I think this is a great recipe!! Everytime I have made it people raved about it. Panera doesn't puree theirs so I didn't do mine either. I just coarsely chopped the broccoli up and it was perfect. I did think it needed slightly more nutmeg, but that is the ONLY change I thought it needed. Delicious!! Thanks for sharing!"

"The taste of these was good, but we would prefer a lot more spice. It is a great starter recipe. This was my first time making my own and it was easier in some ways than I thought. It can be a little time consuming, but once you get going (espeically folding the tamales then it isn't too bad. I didn't really understand how to fold them so I d..."
