"This was very good - I served it over parsnip puree and it was awesome. I think it needs longer than 2 hours to cook though for it to be falling off the bone (I cooked it about 2 1/2 hours and I know Ina loves fennel and I've tried several times, but I think I would skip the fennel. Also, the liquid took much longer to cook down, so I would j ..."

"Very good and very easy - but as a few other reviews I used a peppered bacon, cooked it and cut it up, and that's what made it. If the actual recipe calls for bacon bits (store bought I think it would be pretty boring. I also put some green onions/scallion rings on top for some color. As someone else stated, it only needs 15 mins, watch them. Also, I felt the recipe could use..."

"I used only one sheet and just folded it over the brie with the that part down and it was very easy and quick, and looked awesome but I didn't like the crab with it. Perhaps it was bad crab, but I didn't like the combo at all. But would make again with something else, I'm thinking roasted garlic, sundried tomoates or pesto."

"I only had skim milk and it was still great. Very smooth and having the roasted pieces on top really made the dish.
The dogs got the left over milk and cauliflower bits on their food and loved it :-"
