"Great recipe! I did change it slightly - I added julienne carrots, and instead of 3/4 cup brown sugar, I added 1/2 cup and then 1/4 cup of Thai sweet chilli sauce. It was great - and easy."

"Yum!! First chicken pot pie I've ever made, and it was a good one!! I use my own pastry, rather than store bought, and I also added some garlic, thyme and rosemary. I would add more next time I think to up the flavour - but it was sooooo good!! Looking forward to leftovers! Mushrooms would also be good in here."

"Oooohhhh yum!! I used lemon cake mix and french vanilla frosting, as that was what we had in the cupboard. I did find I had to keep putting them back in the fridge as I was rolling them as they kept warming up to much. "I love this!! Reminds me of growing up in NZ - I always triple the ginger and double the other spices. In Canada I actually use ginger and then pumpkin spice mix for everything else. Great recipe!! Let it sit and cool before eating. Yum!!"
