"Really liked this recipe- super easy, things I tend to have on hand (though I did sub sliced almonds for the nuts b/c it was all I had and tasty!!! My kids liked it, they were a hit. I cut the recipe in half & it made about 22 cookies. They'd be awesome with some sort of chip, I just didn't have any on hand."

"This was a great recipe! I don't really understand the other reviews. I cooked mine to about 155 degrees (I prefer 140s but wasn't keeping track and it was very moist, not dry at all. There was no smoking in my oven either (I only did 1 tenderloin though, not 4 and while I didn't give it 5 stars b/c it is not the most amazing pork I ha ..."

     |  By lwagnes_2141979

"I made a colossal error (my own error in making this and thinking I could double the whole recipe but not considering the fact that it would be way too much liquid for only an extra cup of rice! It wouldn't thicken & I ended up ladling out probably 1 full cup of liquid to try to get it to a better consistency. Lesson learned, I would love to t ..."

"Yum! So easy & tasty & my grill even ran out of gas partway through!!! I used amazing heirloom tomatoes from our local farmer's market so that probably helped but I think it would be great with regular nice ripe tomatoes too...easy & delicious, can't wait to make again."

"Easy & tasty (i did cut the sugar back to 1/2 cup figuring I could add but not take away & it was just sweet enough for me! However, as others said, very thick (kind of like a solid after 2 1/2 hrs. I added about 1 1/2 cups of milk on the keep warm setting to make it creamy."

Reviewed White Bean Dip with Pita Chips
     |  By lwagnes_2141979

"This was popular at the picnic I brought it too but a bit too garlicky- I would use 2 small cloves or 1 big in teh future- i used a big & medium clove and it was pretty strong, i ended up adding garbanzo beans (didnt have any more canellini to try to decrease the garlic flavor but next time will definitely use less!!!!
Really liked the pita chip ..."

"I was so excited to try this since it is so unique looking, etc.
It was super easy and tasted great!
Only concern was that the recipe says a 1 1/2 qt bowl, but when I pulled that bowl out, it looked WAY smaller than the bowl she used on the show, so I went up a size but then didn't have enough filling...oopss...."

     |  By lwagnes_2141979

"I was surprised that the oil was not spicier- I was only making a single serving so I was winging it, but I kept having to add more of the oil to be able to taste the spicy flavor over the lemon... I guess next time I'll try to add more red pepper flakes when I'm making the oil. But super easy & nice to have a chili oil around to add to things!"

"I loved that in the time it took the water to boil & the pasta to cook, I had made the sauce and washed all the prep dishes!
It was so fresh tasting and different than the flavors of cooked sauces, I loved it! The melted mozz adds a great flavor & texture...
    Yum."

     |  By lwagnes_2141979

"I really liked it but goat cheese is one of my favorite things! My husband is not as big a fan so I am thinking next time, I will give him the sauce pre-goat cheese and just add it to mine to make us both happy! The cheese does make it a little rich, beware if you aren't into richer/creamier sauces.
Very easy though- I love the recipes from this ..."
