    LinMarie says:

"If you are looking for a real Texas style sauce, this is it. I've never been a fan of the very sweet Kansas City sauces, or the overly vinegary Georgia style sauces. They are okay on pork, but really not good on beef, and they always make me feel a bit of nausea. This sauce has balance and is good on every smoked meat I have tried it on."
