    "This was delicious, I had some bok choy in my garden so I used that instead, chopped it and added it to the cooked hamburger with the carrots. It tasted delicious right in the pan, but I put it in the oven at 350 for about 20 minutes and of course had to add some parmesan cheese on top!!
