"I tried lomo saltado last week on a vacation in Peru. When I got home I couldn't wait to make it for myself. This recipe is excellent and tastes just like the stuff I had in Lima. The only change I made was adding a red pepper cut in strips. I also skipped the french fries to make it healtier, but in Peru they always come with this dish."

"Really excellent and actually healthy! I added some pieces of parmesean rind with the broth. They flavor the soup and become chewy and delicious."

"So delicious! The blend of sweet and savory flavors was excellent! I did substitute turkey italian sausage, and I added a little cayenne pepper at the end. This was fantastic and I can't wait to make it again."

"A delicious, easy to make dessert that looked as good as it tasted! I served it after Easter dinner and everyone had seconds. I decorated the top with a scattering of extra blueberries and some lemon zest."

"Delicious! I made them for Easter dinner and they were great with ham. Everyone loved them. Just a quick note- don't ignore the part about spreading them in a SINGLE LAYER in the oven (like I did or your cooking time will increase dramatically!"
