    "If you didn't get a lot of flavor out of these chops, you probably cooked them too long, or used too thin of chops. The recipe says 8 minutes per side for 1" chops, but I flipped mine at about 5 minutes or so on a hot grill.

    "We did this tonight for dinner. I did the rub about 4 hours in advance, and took it out about 20 minutes in advance to let it come to room temperature. It was flavorful, juicy, and tender.

    A couple of changes I did on the fly were only using 1 tablespoon of chilli powder, and adding 1 tablespoon of blackening seasoning, and 1 tablespoon of "Eme ..."
