"We did not care for this dish, but it could be because I used frozen chopped broccoli as I didn't have frozen mixed vegetables. I think the broccoli should have been cooked first as it was a little hard. I also think it should be baked at 400 degrees for 30 minutes as the stuffing was a little mushy."

"Easy to make, but hubby did not like them, but he is not fond of bananas. You have to like bananas in your baked goods to enjoy these muffins. I thought they were good, but I won't be making them again."

"Easy to make and delicious. Next time I make it, I will add some mini chocolate chips to the sugar-nut mixture. I will also save some sugar-nut mixture and put it on the top of the cake before putting it in the oven."

"The whole house smelled incredible while the bread was baking. I used sour cream as I did not have yogurt. I also used macadamia nuts to give it more of a tropical flavor. I could hardly taste the pineapple or the spices. I found it to be a dense banana bread, heavier than other banana breads I have made, but still very good."

"It was easy to make, but hubby and I felt that it reminded us of a spinach dip, not a casserole.
Would not make again. It tasted better reheated."
