"This was a big hit here. I thought I had tomato sauce but didn't, so I put in a 15 1/2 ounce can of fire-roasted tomatoes and kept the same amount of water and the rice was a nice wet mexican rice. The pork chops were so tender. Really great and super simple! Thanks so much!"

"Perfect!!!! I made a 4-5 lb Tenderloin on Christmas Day but used olive oil and Montreal Steak Seasoning as the rub. The timing was just perfect and it was so moist and delicious! I served it with the horseradish sauce in recipe #16397. We all ate until we passed out lol! Super keeper MeanChef!"

"This was so good and so simple to make! I used the no-boil lasagna noodles and they worked out just fine. I thought I had more bacon than I actually did - I only had 4 slices. SO... I browned some ground beef, put that on the top layer, then added the buttery onions and bacon. VERY good!! Everyone here was very pleased. Thanks!"

I used regular Alfredo sauce but followed the rest of the recipe as written, at least until I remembered the reviewer who added bacon! hmmmm Had too do it and it was fabulous! "I was really glad to find this! I love Swiss Steak and only had pork cutlets, so I did a search on pork recipes and this jumped out on me. I love beef, but in an effort to eat a little better, I keep pork around. This was really good and I had all of the ingredients right here! (we were in the middle of a tropical storm so I wasn't about to go ..."

"I don't know why, but this just didn't go over well in this house and I followed the recipe exactly as written. Maybe its just a matter of taste. Since there were 2 really good reviews before me, I'm thinking that must be what it was. Thanks anyway for posting it!"

"Well, I made it just as the instructions said, only omitting the cayenne pepper, and I LOVED it, but the rest of my family (wimps lol thought it was too spicy ? I can't figure out what made it too spicy. I still will make this again and maybe use less of the taco seasoning? I dunno, but I loved iti!!"
