"Great recipe! VERY tasty!The only change I made to the recipe was to reduce the amount of salt to 1/2 teaspoon (doctors orders!. Other than that I followed the recipe as written. I served the meat in corn tortillas with a little cheddar on top and my husband loved them. Simple, but definitely a hit. This recipe is a keeper! Thank you!"

"This is a wonderful marinade and I will definitely use it again. It's different than the one I usually use in that it has a tad of sweetness to it. My husband loved it.
