"DELICIOUS! Even picky hubby loved them. I doubled it, cut out 1/4 c of sugar, used 1.5 cups white flour, and 3 cups of wheat flour. Next time, I'd like to try more cranberries and figure out how to substitute honey for the sugar, and use coconut oil - just for a healthier muffin. Doubled, this recipe made 32 muffins! Perfect for our large family!"

"Yummmmmmy. I mixed up ALL the liquid ingredients sugar (including the sour cream and 3 bananas instead of using the different steps before adding the dry. This was accidental, but it came out perfectly, AND saved steps! Baked in a 13 x 9 glass pan to save on baking time. Also sprinkled a few Hershey's Dark Chocolate chips on top. Baked perfect..."

"Love this book! This is a yummy healthy side dish. Tastes great in wraps and as a side with beef. (Aids in the digestion process beautifully Side note: If you choose to make this, don't expect a "canned" or "jarred" processed sauerkraut you may be used to in the store. This is MUCH healthier as it's jam packed with natural digestive enzymes!"

"Oh, my WORD! This was FANTASTIC!!! I used 8 boneless/skinless chicken thighs, used Pampered chef's Lemon Pepper blend and sea salt, juice from 3 lemons (then cut them in quarters and tucked them throughout the chicken in my 9x13 glass pan - I skipped the zest part, minced 4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced 1/4 stick of butter throughout (instead of o..."

"Really good! I also used (per the review of Marzy 1/4 cup of olive oil in exchange for the butter and cut the sugar in half. I served them with chicken wild rice soup and salad. They were REALLY good crumbled over the salad! I like the texture of these... they don't crumble to bits like a lot of corn bread recipes do."

"Yum. Yum. YUM! Five star fabulousness! I was expecting a huge mess with all the "messy" reviews, but it wasn't so bad. I skipped the bag and seasoned my 6lb bird right in my 9x13 glass pan. I stuffed one quartered onion, 5 cloves of sliced garlic inside, 2 whole sprigs of fresh rosemary, covered it with plastic wrap, and stuck it in the fridge. Wh..."
