    "I was looking for a simple recipe using rice paper. This one was a good choice. I used kosher dills for the pickle and cilantro in a tube since I didn't have fresh. Still turned out pretty tasty. I didn't get to chill them as my fridge is waiting on the repair guy. Think it would help if the flavors had had more time to meld."

    "My family and I tried this recipe. The flavor was nice. However, the fish (we used flounder) had a mushy texture. We feel this was because we used frozen not fresh fish. Unfortunately our dinky town doesn't have a fish market. We will try this again with fresh fish. The vinaigrette was delicious over the mixed veggies we made to go with the fish."
