"The great taste of a cheesecake in a smaller version. I did use a premade graham cracker crust, followed the recipe for filling and topping ( did not use the lemon rind, just juice. Served with fresh bluberries on the side with whipped topping. Thanks for an easy dessert."

"This was terrific, used Smart Balance solid stick margarine for the butter to cut back a little and added 1/2 tsp of dried basil and 1/2 tsp of italian seasoning. Thanks of a great recipe."

"Loved this combination. The dressing was great. I did make the whole recipe for the dressing, but just made enough salad ingredients for two and drizzled some of the dressing over that, now I have plenty of dressing to keep using several more times. Raisins are good with it also instead of grapes."

"A wonderful moist lemon cake and easy too. I used an angel food cake pan. Since I didn't have extra large eggs I used 5 large and frozen lemon juice instead of fresh. Put a simple glaze of 1 cup powdered sugar and 1 tablespoon milk and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice."
