"Tastes so good! Followed the recipe but didn't have chili sauce, used a tbsp of hot sauce... turned out just right. Chix was moist and so very flavorful. I used Guinnes Black Lager and even the cold left-overs had that subtle flavor for my salads at work! This recipe is a keeper! Thanks for sharing."

"Just reading the recipe made my mouth water! Everything went together like clockwork and the end result was fantastic. The lentils were a great counter texture to the salmon and the heat of the spices on the salmon were a real "wow" factor. The salmon itself was moist, tender and full of flaver. This is a keeper."

"I did not use the celery salt (I don't like it but followed the recipe otherwise. My BF liked the finish sauce and the ribs were tender, but the rub was way too spicy for either of us. I cooked 4 racks of spareribs and had enough rub for another 3-4 racks. Likewise, with the finish sauce, after using on the ribs I had enough to fill a 24oz ketc..."

"It seemed too simple, but turned out very well... great taste! I used a box of Pinapple Cafe mix which made it a little sweeter, and 2 tsp. Pumpkin Pie spices. Baked for recommended time, but was still doughy in the middle, rebaked for about 5 more min. and made all the difference. Thanks for a great, quick muffin recipe!"

"Great salad! I cut it in half, since there are only 2 of us and it worked perfectly. I'm a bacon fiend, so used a whole pkg of bacon, cut up, then had to adjust for the sauce... worked great! This is a "keeper" and my German friend loved it (although not like his grandmother's. Thanks for posting!"

"OMG - this was the BEST! I have not cooked German food before and have a German friend who was coming over for dinner - thought I'd surprise him. Meal was red cabbage, Cucumber salad #107796, this and beer. His comment was "it's better than my grandmother's"! I must admit, I cheated a little, used flap meat and had the butcher tenderize it. I..."

"I've never fried chix before and this was a great introduction. I did not bake the chix after, I microwaved it for 5 min. (about 3 pieces per batch. Same results and not as hot in the kitchen. I will try it next time, with the hot sauce marinade. I like a spicier chix and I think that will do the trick - maybe more Old Bay, too. Thaks for th..."
