"My daughter & I made these for my work's cookie exchange. They are excellent. Instead of using Andes Mints as one reviewer suggested, we used two 9 oz bags of Trader Joes Mint Chocolate Chips. We did not add the glaze. One thing you might note if you do add the glaze is get "peppermint" extract instead of "mint" extract as one ..."
