"I should have rated this sooner as I am printing it out to make again for a holiday party. I try not to give too many 5 stars but this is superb! It goes together easily, and travels very well. I was really generous with the veggies so I used a deep 13X9 dish. I didn't add more liquids and it was fine. It is so delicious and unique. It also lo..."

"I thought I had reviewed this before! I've made this at least 20 times. We always use cast iron and add jalapenos and cut the sugar in half. Is this really the only recipe he's posted? Encore, please!"

"The only thing keeping this from 5 stars, in our opinion, is the fat content. We adjusted that with ground turkey instead of beef, black beans mixed with the meat, lower fat cheeses and much less of it and no chips. Also the only shells I find , which I often stuff pasta shells, are about 2 1/2 " long, so the recipe made a 3 quart casserole dish, ..."

"This was a big hit after yard work all day. The house smelled wonderful too! I used venison and minced onion with some oregano for the soup mix. I also made it a little more spicy than what was called for. I served it over some baby spinach and whole wheat shells. The dish had a nice tangy flavor and tender meat, and it's nice not to have to ..."

"This is, indeed, a pampered chef recipe and a great one. I used about 2 cups of chopped chicken, 1/2 cup peppers, and 1 cup chopped broccoli and 3/4 cup of mayo. Seasonings were fresh rosemary and dill and salt & pepper, which I had grilled the chicken with too. I also used 1/2 cup sharp cheddar and really it didn't need it. The braid was simp..."

"The possibilites are ENDLESS! I've made these several times with many variations. Any left over meat diced up in place of the chicken works great as does adding some diced sharp or pepperjack cheese. I've also used rotini noodles in place of stuffing shells with great results. These are portable, easy and delish, a must make again!"

"These were very good. I made half the recipe for two huge burgers. We used cast iron and one whole egg instead of 2 whites, which was fine. We deglazed with some bourbon and ate them on rolls with sauted mushrooms and onions. So good you won't believe they are so healthy and lean, not to mention hormone/antibiotic free."

"Holy cow was this good. My DSS, 12, said it was one of the best things he has ever eaten. I dropped some small chopped brocolli in with the potatoes water for 5 mins or so at the end of cooking. I used left-over ham and subbed havarti cheese bc it was what I had. I added minced onions, like others suggested, and I also used skim milk. It was eas..."

"Very rich and delicious. I generously stuffed 4 lobsters. I did add a little roasted red peppers which gave it a little sweetness and a beautiful color. I'm making this as a side for an upcoming holiday party."

"This was so quick and easy. My chicken breasts were pretty huge so I butterflied them before pounding them and also added a little arugula with the cheese which made for a beautiful presentation and another layer of flavor. I used panko for the crumbs and served with brown rice with corn, peppers, cumin, and chili powder. Crispy outside, moist ..."
