"I cut this in half since there was only 2 of us and added about 1 T. of the cider vinegar. Overall, we just LOVED this! I steamed the asparagus in the microwave and then added the vinaigrette dressing. I topped the asparagus with the toasted almonds which made for a pretty presentation. A great addition to the grilled salmon we had. Thanks!"

"I chose this recipe because it had less oil in than most. I actually used half applesauce and it still turned out with a great dense carrot cake texture. I baked the cakes in 2 9" pans and sprinkled 1/4 cup of chopped pecans on each layer. I used my own cream cheese frosting recipe, but the cake was absolutely delicious. Loved it!"

"I've made this recipe twice now to use up extra cranberry sauce after Thanksgiving. The bread is a delightful treat with jelly built in. We add butter for a sinful treat. The only problem i had is with the way the bread rises. The first loaf turned out perfectly, as picutred. The second loaf rose in a way so there was a big hole when I cut it..."

"My husband and I really liked this. We enjoyed the dressing recipe, however we did omit the salad oil and the poppy seads. We also just used shredded cabbage and carrots. We ate this slaw on its own, but we also really enjoyed it on top of turkey burgers the next day. We'll be doing this one again for sure!"

"This recipe was great. I was cooking for a big group so I doubled the ingredients using 1.5 cups of buttermilk and .5 c of skim milk. I also cut the sugar by 1/4 cup. I baked in a 9x13 pan for about 28 minutes, and the corn bread was perfect. It browned nicely on top and stayed moist. We served with a chicken chili and really enjoyed the meal!"

"Wonderfully soft and a hint of sweet and overall very good. I used skim milk and 1 c of regular whole wheat flour in place of the white bread flour, and these buns still rose up nicely. I got exactly 12 from the recipe, and we enjoyed each of them."

"I was very impressed by the texture of this cake. I enjoy doing low fat baking, but there is usually more of a texture change. I used only 1/2 of a cup of sugar since I used sweetened light vanilla yogurt. I also topped with pecans which toasted nicely in the oven. We enjoyed this for breakfast with tea. Thanks!"

"This was very good, and went over very well at a recent party we had. I used an 8 oz container of phillips crab meat. I thought the flavor balance between crab and spices was great. I used Old Bay seasoning and added a little extra sour cream and mayo (both low fat to cover for the extra crab meat. We will definitely add this to our list of pa..."

"A versatile coffee cake that was enjoyed by my co-workers. I used 3 TB of low fat buttermilk instead of the sour cream, because thats what I had on hand. I used a bag of well drained frozen mixed berries. I also added pecans to the topping. The texture was still exactly what I was looking for. I loved the way the cake goes together. The layer of ..."

"This was wonderful. I'm not normally a huge fan of baked ziti, but this was just different enough to make it delicious. I used ground turkey and I didn't have 2 full jars of sauce, so I supplemented with a little chicken broth. I also used light sour cream and probably about 4 oz each of the cheeses. Even though I cut back on the unhealthy stu..."
