"Delicious! I also used a rice mixture, only because I never found straight wild rice. Otherwise followed the recipe. I'll definitely be making it again."

"As I was making these to go with some stew, and flinging flour all over my small kitchen, I wondered why I was trying to make biscuits again because #1, I'm just not very good at it (for whatever reason, and #2, I always make a huge mess with flour and sticky dough residue to clean up. These biscuits, my friends, are worth 10 times the mess. The ..."

"This is pretty awesome. I've never been to PF Chang's so can't say whether it tastes like theirs or not but who cares. I did marinate the meat in the soy/Hoisin sauce/cornstarch combo suggested by Bento or Bust and reduced the brown sugar to 1/2 cup, but made no other changes. The sauce went over rice. I'll definitely put this in my Favorites cook..."

"I loved this recipe - great Indian flavor but very easy. I doubled the recipe but used only a little more oil, and I sauteed it a long time. Will definitely add it to my Indian menu."

"This is now my go-to recipe for when my brother barbecues for the family - everybody loves them. I use 2 large cans baked beans - I think 28 oz. each - and rinse them as directed. And I do only use a cup of brown sugar and a bit less bacon. After I saute the bacon and the veggies I dump it all in a crockpot on high for a couple of hours. Excellent..."

"I'm so glad to have another delicious recipe that uses my pressure cooker! The only change I made was to substitute about half a yellow onion for the shallots because that's what I had. Thanks!"

"This was delicious! I grilled a bunch of chicken breasts and we had it two nights in a row. Then the next day I grilled some hamburger patties and made another batch of the sauce to use on them! This is really easy to throw together, especially if you keep roasted poblanos in the freezer as I do. Everything else is from the pantry. Thanks, L'ecole..."

"Wow this was good. I love hominy and it's great to have another recipe I can use it in. I followed the recipe pretty much except I forgot to put in the jalapenos, but since I served it with another spicy dish (hamburger patties with the sauce from the recipe for Chicken with Poblano Sauce by this same chef, I didn't miss it. And I did use roasted..."
