"Since I like dressings a bit more tart, next time I'll add only 1 t honey since the original was a little too sweet for my taste. I didn't have any poppyseeds so I left those out. And I substituted minced onion for the chives and added romaine and chopped bacon to give the salad crunch. The result was a wonderful savory (sweet+tart+salt salad!"

"I didn't have horseradish on hand so I omitted it and I substitued more thiny sliced onions for my lack of bell peppers and it still turned out DEEELICIOUS! The pork shoulder was very tender and juicy and it was tangy, sweet and sour, with a hint of hot. Loved it!"

"Modified it with the following (based on what I had on hand:Heinz Kickr's Hot & Spicy ketchup, Panko breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup frozen peas and carrots, 1 teaspoon onion powder and ended up with an excellent, moist meatloaf, with just the right kick!"
