"I used a mixture of chocolate and butterscotch chips because that is what I had. I used 5
T mixed and 1 1/2 cups fiber one. I made 11 cookies each a Tbsp size, comes to 48 calories and 3 grams of fiber which equals 1 point using the old ww system. Nummy"

"I used low fat powdered Parmesan to decrease the calories and since I have not made them before I wouldn't know the difference. I cut them after baking with a pizza cutter, turned off the oven flipped the crackers over and put them back in to crisp up. 3 crackers were 66 calories this way and 4 grams of fiber which ended up to be 1 weight watche..."

"I used low fat turkey italian sausage and 1% cottage cheese for this which reduced the calories but not the taste. This was very good and we will be making this again. My DH needs to gain weight so we put his on top of noodles. I found that it was a little runny however after cooling it set up very nice much like lasagna."

"These were great, I had no paper liners for my muffin tin so just put a large spoonfull on parchment paper and froze them, transferred to a container and it is like eating peanut butter cup ice cream. num num"

"This was very good however I had to make a change due to what I had in the pantry. I only had jellied cranberries. I did not brown the roast but did stuff it with the garlic cloves. I mixed all the other ingredients together and poured over the roast. The end result was great."

"I had all the ingredients so thought I would try this. Surprisingly good! A group of girls were having a cook off type thing and I was making something with all ready fried tortillas so I topped the extras with this and just put cheese on top, very good and healthy too (well not the fried part."

"This was very good. A big plus is that it sounds forgiving if you don't have one spice you can add another. I too used the all ready crushed flakes which makes this easier. We did bone in pork chops and loved it."
