"This is a fantastic, easy, delicious way to make fish. I threw it together in about 5 minutes, and both dh and I were very satisfied. We served with mashed swede and some fresh broc. But it would have been better with plain white rice I think. Either way, great fish dish. I will make this again. Thank you!"

"I served this with a thai style chicken. It was delicious and a nice side with the spicy chicken. The sweetness was just right and I will make this again because it is so easy to throw together. If I wasn't having a spicy main dish, I would also be tempted to throw in some chopped hot chili. This is way better than store bought mango chutney!..."

"I have made this two nights this week - once for lamb chops and once with pork chops. Both were delicious and cooked on the BBQ. I especially liked this marinade wiht the stronger flavor of the lamb and will plan on using this marinade with a boneless leg of lamb this summer. I did not add the tsp of salt b/c I thought the salt in the soy and s..."

"This is a delicious stuffed chicken recipe! I thought the flavors were exceptional together, and the dish was cooked perfectly according to your directions. (My chicken was not swimming in oil - I used sundried tomatoes that were NOT packed in oil, and I used about a cup of white wine in the pan, instead of the tomato liquid. I did flatten my ..."

"These crab cakes are delicious!!! DH and I both loved them - the only thing I added was some red pepper flakes to the cakes. I did not make the dressing b/c I'm just not a big wasabi fan, but the crab cakes themselves are perfect. They're light and tender. I served over arugula and just used "Asian Silk" dressing on the leaves. Great recipe, ..."

"If you love gremolata you will love this prosciutto spiked version, which makes a delicious topping for the cod! The topping is pretty intense, but the pan juices smooth everything out and it's balanced with the mild fish. This was quick and easy for a weeknight, but I would certainly serve this for a dinner party because it is sooo pretty! Ser..."

     |  By Chicagoland Chef du Jour

"There are many reasons why this is a 5* recipe. First reason is it is delicious! For me, the pine nuts made the recipe. They are a great contrast to the sweetness of the bearnaise, with their sharp pine taste. I loved that! Another reason is this is an easy recipe to throw together on a weeknight, but also is perfect for company. Yet another..."

"This recipe was delicious and very hearty! DH was in heaven, as I rarely allow him to eat sausage. I didn't change a thing about the recipe, I only added the crushed red pepper at your suggestion, which gave it a tiny bit more heat. I thought the smokey flavor of the paprika went very well with the sausages. This will be on my winter pasta rot..."
