"This had good flavor, but for some reason the eggplant was tough and rubbery.I think the problem was more in the produce than the recipe.I am going to try again using a fresher smaller eggplant."

"I doubled the recipe then poured the cooked fruit into a 9x13 pan and dropped the batter ontop.Baked it for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.Kids finished the whole pan before it had a chance to cool totally.Next time I'm going to try different fruit combos. This was soo good!!"

"Great flavor. We also liked it spread with butter and warmed slightly. This will be good to pack in lunchboxes or for after-school snacks."

"My whole family loved this stuff. It makes alot so be prepared for leftovers. We ate it on tortillas the first night, with chips as a snack later. Then I scrambled eggs and mixed the remainder of the dip into them until heated thru and made breakfast burritos.Kids loved it.But it does look nasty!!lol"

"A bit sweet for our tastes, next time I will cut back on the brown sugar. But it had good flavor and we loved the cooked bits of garlic and onion left on the steak after cooking.I want to try this with chicken breasts next time. I bet it will be awesome."
