"Great recipe. I used roll dough (Rhodes I think was the brand and it worked out great. It froze well too. It will be going in my OAMC rotation. You could easily modify this recipe. BACON! Onions. Maybe cabbage if you want German Hamburger rolls."

"This just didn't do anything for me. I think it was the fact that I had so many of them made that the idea of eating this for lunch "again"tired me out. I couldn't find the southwest seasoning so I used spicy taco maybe that substitution was my down fall to the recipe"

"I followed the recipe pretty close. I added a can of green chillis. I then froze it. It turned out great. It did take a little longer in the oven about 25 mins and I had defrosted it. A quick and easy way to make the shredded chicken is put the breast in a crocpot with onions, 1/4 c broth and seasonings. Cook over night."

"Wonderful! I did not have fresh apples so I used 1/2 cup of applesauce instead and added dehydrated pears and apples. I also used golden raisins. I am not gym obsessed so I used 1tbl of canola oil. It worked great with the modifications. Don't be afraid to add what you have on hand.Cook time was right on the mark!"
