"I made half this recipe and it was plenty for two. Delicious! I also added tarragon and about a tablespoon of vinegar and liked the flavor better. Its nice to be able to come close to duplicating the Melting Pot experience without spending a ton of money."

"Good stuff! I agree this recipe is a little spicy, but very good and pretty close to what it's like at the Melting Pot. I usually just make half of what this calls for. It's nice to be able to try to duplicate the food experience without spending so much."

"This was good! I didn't have any nutmeg. Also, I also added a little butter while cooking the onions and other seasonings. Cooked it in the broth long enough for the leaves to be tender. I love greens, so I'm easy to please."
