"Wonderful. I've never made banana pancakes til I had 1 lonely banana left. So I tried this recipe. I used brown sugar instead of white and evaporated milk instead of buttermilk. My kids were both back for seconds before I had a chance to finish my first one. Perfect pancakes. Thanks."

"This recipe is very similar to the recipe we used as kids. It is very delicious. We always ate it with powdered sugar and syrup, or if we had a serious sweet tooth we sprinkled with cinnamon n sugar and also added syrup. Very good recipe all in all, very simple as well."
