"Followed recipe but didn't have fresh thyme so I subbed a little dried. Doubled recipe and took it to a burger cookout. It was a great side dish and a nice change from baked beans! Very flavorful and looked pretty as well. Will definitely be making again."

"Delicious! Only change I made was to reverse the measurements of the Worcestershire and soy sauce. Just a matter of personal preference. Marinaded the beef for about 6 hours. Then cooked on the gas grill. Very flavorful and it really does smell yummy."

"My son wanted sweet and sour meatballs for his birthday dinner. Never made them so I found this recipe. My husband and I don't like them overly sweet so this recipe was a winner. My DD is a picky eater and she loved them. My DS was a very happy birthday boy. I actually tripled the meatball recipe using 1 lb. of ground pork and 2 lbs. of ground bee..."

"Very good frosting. Made it for my son's birthday on light peanut butter cake. Recipe made plenty of frosting to generously frost a 2 layer 8" round cake. I use 1/2 c. cocoa for medium chocolate and I think next time I will use more. Very creamy, fluffy and delicious. Wish I had doubled the batch as suggested and had some to freeze!"

"Followed the recipe exactly except I cooked it on high for 1 hour and then low for approximately 5 hours. Smells incredible! Pork fell apart and had great flavor. Served with rice and steamed broccoli. My husband, son (11), daughter (14) and her best friend couldn't get enough. Every bite was eaten. This will be made often in my house."

"I made this salad but used Ken's lite raspberry vinagrette for a short cut. Also used gorgonzola instead of blue cheese because I had it on hand. My husband and I both loved this salad. The toasted pecans really make the salad but we love blueberries and this is a great way to use them during season. Only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is b..."

"I made a batch of these with diced ham and a little salsa in each. I froze them in a single layer then I wrapped them individually in foil. My family went a four day camping trip. We packed the frozen burritos in a plastic bag in the cooler. I kept them wrapped in the foil and just cooked them in a skillet on a gas burner. Great way to start the d..."

"My husband said to throw away any other rib recipes I had. This is the way I needed to cook them from now on. Followed recipe exactly. Used about 3-4 lbs of boneless country style pork ribs. I did line my pan with foil first which made clean up a breeze. My favorite bbq sauce is Tom's, a local restaurant brand. Unfortunately I did not have any so ..."

"Very easy and very good. I followed recipe but I did saute a some thin sliced sweet onion in the butter and merlot before adding mushrooms. Also if you want to splurge a bit, I sliced tenderloins, topped with mushroom mixture then garnished with a sprinkle of crumbled bleu cheese which set off the wine just perfect! Served with a salad and jasmine..."
