"While I was watching this recipe being prepared on Foodnetwork I thought she should have microwaved or fried the bacon so that is was cooked half way as the scallops only take a few minutes to saute but the bacon takes at least double that time. Even in the picture the bacon looks raw. Hopefully Robin isn't feeding raw bacon to her family. "
