"I would definitely make again. I ground the whole grain quick oats, used applesauce instead of oil, used whole wheat flour, added vanilla (1 tsp per 1/2 cup flour/oats combo, and let completed mixture sit for 5 minutes. It was a thick, solid pancake...no mushiness. It also tasted good when I added flax seed meal."

I ate too much of it because it was so good.
Crusty outside, soft inside
Note: I only baked it for 35 minutes; I also used 2.5 cups bread flour"

"This is a great recipe that tastes delicious. The only changes I made was increasing the amount of the garlic/using minced garlic, using skim milk, decreasing the basil to 3/4 of the amount and using whole wheat flour. I also have been experimenting with decreasing the amount of butter and used 3/4 of the amount. I'm going to try cutting it to hal..."
