    "Didn't have that much crystallized ginger, chopped 1/4 cup with sugar in food processor. Added fresh grated ginger with sugar, and extra ground ginger. Very sticky dough, refrigerated it first and then cut into 24 pieces. Rolled pieces after putting oil on my palms, and flattening the cookies into discs.
