"VERY GOOD! It's like something I've never had before. I've had other quiches but this was awesome! I omitted the bacon to make the recipe cheaper and healthier. I also substituted the onion for garlic powder. YUM!!!"

"The quesadillas were very good but I burned the first two because of the "high" heat setting. These should be cooked over medium heat at best. My son said that the quesadillas were better than the ones Taco Bell makes! Coming from a teenager, that's pretty good!"

"Awesome recipe! My husband loved it! I only made a couple of changes. I used 4 cups of vegetable broth instead of 3 3/4 chicken broth. Also, when I added the cheese at the end, I added chunks of baked salmon. Hubby said that it was wonderful but needed a bit of spice. Next time, I will add GrillMates Salmon seasonings and add fresh parsley for p..."

"WOW! These were great! I was concerned because my husband doesn't like "strange" recipes and he had his doubts with this one. But I won him over when he bit into this sandwich! Extremely tasty - didn't change a thing. Thanks for a keeper!! Beaniej"

"AWESOME carrot cake!! I followed another's comments and used 3 eggs instead of 4 (I probably should have used 2 - it fell apart a little I used a 9x13 pan and baked for 40 minutes; and lastly I replaced the raisins with shredded carrots.
