    "Left out the tomatoes, reduced the mayo to 3/4 cup, substituted craisins for the raisins, added 1/2 cup toasted sliced almonds and substituted prepackaged grated 4 cheese mix for the cheddar chuncks . It was fabulous! I will make it again."

    "This is the second year I have used this recipe. I substituted butter for the shortening, other than that I followed the recipe exactly. I used my Cuisinart and used the butter out of the refrigerater. My son was a Chef in a nice restaurant last year. After the Executive Chef had my cookies, he added them to the menu last winter.     "This was really good. I substituted one pound of whole grain penne pasta. I added 1/2 medium chopped onion and one whole chopped red bell pepper and a total of three cloves of garlic to the oil. Then I added the cherry tomatoes and the spinich. I also added 1/2 cup more of cheese. Family loved it. "
