"YUMMY! Used by fav gelatin - black cherry(sugar-free). Reduced the miniature marshmallows to 3/4 cup. I lined the pan with plastic wrap so it was very easy to remove from the pan, and to roll. Kept it rolled in the plastic wrap in fridge for a couple of hours. Used hot knife to make slicing easier.I can't have much in the way of "sweet" dess..."
