"I've now made this recipe four times... twice it came out perfect! Delicioussss.. the other two times - once, I undercooked it. The top was just barely brown and the middle was still liquidy-jiggly. Result - the gooey cake part never quite set up right, having more of a 'vanilla pudding' consistency and oozing out of the crust every time I cut..."

"Very easy, tasty and portable! I made these for a 3rd-shift New Years Eve party at work. Co-workers loved 'em especially with some sweetened strawberries on top. The only problem I had was with the vanilla wafer cookies, they weren't large enough to fill the bottom of the cups and after baking and a night of refridgeration they were pretty much..."

"Made this two nights ago after frantically trying to find out how to feed four people with four chicken breast halves and a couple potatoes, plus miscellanious ingredients on hand. Used a cup half&half and a bit of heavy whipping cream instead of the light cream, and Italian-flavored breadcrumbs that I usually put in meatloaf. It came out wonder..."

"I made this recipe for my boyfriend's parents, along with oven-baked fried chicken and cornbread. I think I used *way* too much olive oil, the bottom of the dish was swimming, but the vegetables were tender and good, especially the roma tomatoes. Mozzarella mixed with the parmesan made it gooey and great."

"This is the best and easiest peach dessert I have ever had. I made it with canned light sliced peaches instead of fresh or frozen and it still was wonderful - warm and gooey and sweet. I imagine it would be even better with a little vanilla ice cream, but it was wonderful just by itself. I'll be making this for years to come."
