"Evelync,Made this last week,had some Meyer lemons to use up,and thought I would try this method...The lemon part worked out fine and it was very tasty,perfect...I did have a bit of a problem with the merinque,as did some of the other reviewers,so I added a quarter teaspoon of cream of tartar....it still was not perfect,so will look again for a me..."

"Two Socks....I prepared your dish recently,and enjoyed it...As some other reviewers mentioned the melding of the sauce tied together well.I think next time I may add some grated fresh ginger to bring it up a bit,I love the ginger flavour.I may also cut the chicken more in large cubes rather that the strips,as they had to be cut to eat anyway.Thank..."

"GaylaV,I did this Sunday,and enjoyed it ,thanks to you and the Sask Pork Ass'n.Did not have any brie on hand and used blue cheese,a bit overpowering,but still worked well.I used baby spinach,and pounded my tenderloin a bit to make it a bit easier to stuff,and close up..Will centainly do again,always a good sign for me.Don"
