"This is so simple but so good. We cut the recipe in half and still had some leftovers. Sweet baby Rays is the winner with us too. The aroma in the house drove everyone crazy!!! This beats any of the already prepared ones in the store which for my taste are just too sweet. It went great with some steak fries and some jalapeno peppers on the side. W..."

"These are the best brownies I've ever eaten !!!! I used special dark cocoa and pecan chips in mine. So moist and chewy !!!! The idea about the parchment paper was a stroke of genius too. I sprayed the paper a little and they came out of the pan like magic. I used to think that those store bought mixes were good....they pale by comparison to these...."

I lean more towards the mayo(Hellmans and not the light kind either than anything else.I know it was probably my grandmother that got me started on 'em.
