"This was an excellent recipe I used leftover Knorr Spanish rice instead because the was what I had. I also used dried cilantro and dressed the top up with diced tomatoes and green onions as you will see in the picture I posted. Otherwise I followed it to a T. It was yummy and I received a lot of compliments. 5 Stars from me."

"This is a great and easy recipe. The only thing I did different was to grate some pepperjack and co-jack cheese mix the two of them together. Plate the chicken and rice then top with the cheese and pop it under the broiler. Served the salsa as a side."

"This is the best baked bean recipe I have ever tried. I have made this several times for parties and it was a big hit. I added 1 lb. of Pork Sausage also. Also I used a 3 bean mix instead of using the chick peas. Thanks Big Daddy"
